Our first meeting will be Monday, September 14 at 7pm in Furman 107!!
This will be an organizational and planning meeting to discuss officer positions (this is a brand new club!) as well as plans for this semester.
We will give an introduction to the organization of Upstate Forever, its mission and work in the upstate of South Carolina. In the meantime, you can check out their website here.
This student chapter will serve as an extension of the Upstate Forever organization and seek to connect the Furman student body with ecological issues in the upstate of South Carolina. Please come join us if you are interested in getting involved with the greater Greenville community and and making a difference in the upstate's environmental challenges.
